Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of FlexFuel's fitness, nutrition, tracking, AI-assisted, account, and subscription features. Please read the health and safety provisions carefully before using the app.
Operator, agreement, and effective date
FlexFuel is operated by Saturn Harbor Studios. These terms are effective August 22, 2026. By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using FlexFuel, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. In these terms, “FlexFuel,” “we,” and “us” refer to Saturn Harbor Studios in connection with the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the service where you live. FlexFuel is intended only for adults and may not be used by anyone under 18. By using FlexFuel, you represent that you satisfy these requirements.
Important: not medical advice
FlexFuel provides general wellness, fitness, and nutrition information only. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, diagnostic service, treatment program, prescription, or substitute for professional medical advice. Nothing in the app creates a clinician-patient relationship. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of information from FlexFuel.
Consult a healthcare professional first
Consult a physician or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional before beginning, resuming, or materially changing an exercise program, diet, fasting practice, calorie or macro target, supplement routine, or weight-management plan. This is especially important if you are pregnant or nursing, over 65, take medication, use a GLP-1 or other prescription treatment, have an injury or eating-disorder history, or have any cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory, neurological, musculoskeletal, or other health condition.
Exercise safety and emergencies
You are responsible for choosing a safe environment, appropriate equipment, proper form, suitable intensity, hydration, and recovery. Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, unusual dizziness, confusion, sudden weakness, significant pain, or any other concerning symptom. FlexFuel is not an emergency service. Call your local emergency number in an emergency.
Nutrition, allergies, and medications
Meal plans, food analyses, calorie counts, macros, ingredient lists, and dietary suggestions are estimates and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify ingredients, portions, allergens, food safety, and nutrition labels yourself. FlexFuel does not prescribe, manage, or monitor medication, including GLP-1 drugs. Follow instructions from your prescriber and pharmacist, and seek professional support if tracking food or weight may be unsafe or triggering for you.
AI and generated content
AI-generated workouts, meal plans, ingredient analyses, macro targets, and summaries can contain mistakes, omissions, or unsuitable suggestions. Outputs are not reviewed by a doctor, dietitian, trainer, or other professional. You must independently evaluate all output and should use qualified professional guidance before relying on it for health, safety, allergy, medication, or dietary decisions.
Accounts and security
You may use core local features without an account. A verified account is required for included metered AI and barcode features so eligibility and successful usage can be enforced securely, and an account can also enable supported backup and restore. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your device and sign-in account, providing accurate information, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. You may not impersonate another person or create an account using information you are not authorized to use.
Limited license and ownership
Subject to these terms, FlexFuel grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful personal purposes. FlexFuel's software, branding, designs, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Your content
You retain your rights in information and content you submit. You grant FlexFuel and companies acting on its behalf a limited right to host, transmit, reproduce, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service and provide the features you request. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload systems, use another person's account, submit unlawful or infringing content, or use FlexFuel to harm, deceive, or exploit anyone. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
The Free plan includes up to three successful uses of each of these features: AI workout generation, AI weekly meal-plan generation, manual AI food estimation (including ingredient recalculation), barcode product matching, and AI macro-target generation. Failed AI requests and barcode searches that do not find a product do not use an included attempt. Meal-photo AI macro scanning and successful uses beyond an included limit require Pro. Included access is tied to a verified account and enforced on the server. Paid plans are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play at the localized price and billing period displayed before purchase. Unless the purchase screen says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the applicable store account settings. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Deleting FlexFuel, deleting an account, or erasing app data does not cancel a store subscription. Pro removes the free-feature use caps; short-term request-rate and simultaneous-request limits still apply to keep the service available.
Trials, cancellations, and refunds
Any trial duration and conversion terms are shown before enrollment. You can manage or cancel through the store account used to purchase. Access generally continues through the paid period after cancellation. Billing disputes and refund requests are handled under the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play rules, except where additional rights are required by law.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how FlexFuel handles account, fitness, nutrition, device, health, subscription, and AI-feature information. AI features require separate, explicit permission to share the required information with OpenAI. Cloud backup requires a separate opt-in in Plan Settings. You may decline either and continue manual tracking.
Food data attribution
Contains information from Open Food Facts, made available under the Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0. Individual data contents are available under the Database Contents License (DbCL) 1.0.
External services
Some features require services operated by other companies, such as sign-in, private backup, requested AI processing, subscriptions, payments, and device-platform functions. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. FlexFuel is not responsible for outside outages, store decisions, or external content beyond its reasonable control, but this does not limit obligations or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Service changes and availability
Features, integrations, pricing, supported devices, and availability may change. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. We may modify or discontinue features and will provide notice when required by applicable law.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexFuel is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, medically appropriate, or suitable for your individual needs. Nothing in these terms limits warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saturn Harbor Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss arising from reliance on estimates, generated content, outages, device failure, or external services. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including rights available under applicable consumer law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using FlexFuel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated violation of these terms, unlawful conduct, security risk, or misuse that threatens users or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.
Changes and general terms
We may update these terms as the product or law changes. The revised effective date will be posted here, with additional notice when required. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
