Delete Your FlexFuel Account
You can delete a signed-in FlexFuel account and its private account backup from inside the app, or request deletion if you no longer have access to the app.
Delete inside the app
Open FlexFuel, choose Plan, scroll to Backup & Sync, and select Delete Account. Confirming removes your private account backup, server feature-use records, local app data, and FlexFuel sign-in account.
Request deletion
Email developer@saturnharbor.com with the subject “FlexFuel Account Deletion Request” and the email address connected to your account.
What is deleted
The request covers your FlexFuel sign-in account, server feature-use records, and private account backup, including profile settings, workouts, meal plans, logged meals, habits, reminders, and progress entries.
Subscriptions
Deleting FlexFuel data does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel an active subscription in your device's store settings before deleting your account.
Timing and retention
In-app deletion is processed immediately when authentication permits it. Email requests are verified and completed as quickly as reasonably possible. Data may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
